"Tinig Bisig Partylist: The Voice of Faith, The Arm of Unity"

Tinig Bisig is a student-led movement dedicated to building a campus rooted in spiritual growth, practical support, and unwavering solidarity. Our name defines our mission: Tinig represents our commitment to being the "Voice" that listens to every student, and Bisig symbolizes the "Unity" of students linking arms to move as one. We stand for leadership that is both compassionate and common-sense. From nurturing our faith through Monthly Masses and Taizé Prayer, to protecting students from unfair penalties with our Centralized Attendance System, we prioritize your welfare above all else. At Tinig Bisig, we believe that when we speak together and work together, we create a school environment that is beautified, eco-friendly, and truly inclusive. "Tinig na Pakikinggan, Bisig na Nagkakaisa!" (A Voice to be Heard, Unity to Hold Us Together!)

  1. Implementing Taizé Prayer / Monthly Mass
    • Regular communal worship featuring meditative singing (Taizé) or the celebration of the Eucharist (Mass). We believe that students should be "fed" with more than just academics. By implementing these spiritual gatherings, we provide a necessary break from the stress of studies, allowing students to eat the Word of God and find mental peace. It is about nurturing the soul and character, ensuring that we grow as holistic individuals, not just as test-takers.
  2. Monthly Meeting of Officers (National/Local)
    • Regular, scheduled assemblies for student leaders at both local and national levels to synchronize goals and projects. We believe in consistent accountability. By holding monthly meetings, we ensure that every officer remains active and engaged in their roles. This allows us to "check in" on everyone, ensuring that no leader is inactive and that every block is moving forward. It’s about keeping the team strong and knowing exactly what is happening at every level of our student government.
  3. Eco-Friendly Awareness
    • Collaborative environmental initiatives, including mandatory waste segregation and creative poster-making projects. We believe a clean campus is everyone's responsibility. By working together on waste segregation, we show that unity (Bisig) can solve environmental issues. To keep the message alive, we will launch poster-making projects to visually remind students of our duty to the planet. This turns environmental care into a shared, creative mission for the entire student body.
  4. Full Support for School Programs
    • Active participation and resource sharing for all major school-sanctioned events and academic projects. Providing full support ensures that programs like sports fests, academic competitions, and community outreach are successful. It fosters collaboration between students, teachers, and parents for the school's betterment.
  5. Feedback System
    • A structured method, such as suggestion boxes or digital surveys, for gathering input from students and staff. This system allows the school administration to understand the needs and concerns of the community. It promotes transparency and helps in continuously improving school services and policies.
  6. Semester-Based Attendance Management
    • A shift from individual activity cards to a single, consolidated Semester Attendance Sheet managed by the Block Mayor, which is then turned over to the SSG Secretary for safekeeping.
This change addresses the recurring issue of students paying unnecessary penalties for simply forgetting their activity cards. By centralizing the record with the Block Mayor, the system ensures that:
      • Penalty Fairness: Students only pay penalties for actual non-attendance of programs or activities, not for administrative oversights like a missing card.
      • Improved Efficiency: Tracking is streamlined for the entire semester, reducing the risk of lost records and the need for frequent card replacements.
      • Student Support: This method actively helps students avoid financial burdens caused by forgetfulness while maintaining a reliable record of their participation.
